Hi there I'm using HP printer from 2-3 years but my printer has issues due to printing or scanning so how work HP print and scan doctor on my PC, actually I have no any idea about the HP scan doctor software, can you help me? Stay home stay safe #covid-19

The diagnostic tool searches for connected products, communicates with the selected device, identifies issues, and fixes problems. The application first examines the printer and then the scanner to fix issues.
There will be a list of points that the app will check. A green checkmark will be next to the conditions that are okay, and a red ‘X’ will be beside the steps that triggered an error. The system scans the ‘Recommended Updates’, ‘Print Spooler’, ‘Driver Check’, ‘Device Status’, ‘Device Manager’, ‘Device Online’, ‘Print Queue’, ‘Port Match’, and ‘Device Conflicts’ for the printer.
If the printer does not display any disruptions, then you can print a test page to verify that the connection works. There are similar stages examined for the scanner. Additionally, HP Doctor checks that the ‘Windows WIA Scan’, ‘HP Twain Scan’, ‘Registry’, and ‘HP Scan’ are functioning properly. You can perform a test scan to make sure that the devices are connected.
If there is an error detected, then the HP Print and Scan Doctor will tell you which part of the process is causing the issue by marking the step in red with an ‘X’. There will be a detailed description at the bottom of the user interface that tells you how to resolve the problem.
